Like Edx.org it is free unless you want a certificate This is fair and it is the way these web sites earn enough money to keep their site online. The instructors on this website have a lot of teaching experience. Some of the teachers work for companies that charge a lot of money for the same information. They also recommend additional study material to help you pass the exam.
